I don't know that I have ever seen this brand myself, but I just received an email from our local shelter about this recall and thought I would pass it on.

I knew about this the day it was announced. We had fed both our dogs this food for about 3 years. Purchased a bag a few days before this recall notice was posted. This bag was affected by the recall. We had to dish out $100 for the blood test. Diamond pet food says they only reimburse if the tests come back positive. It was pulled from the shelves the day after we bought it. Not sure if the food my dog was eating prior to this was tainted or not.

Oh man, if something happened to my cats because of their food...
If a food poisoned me, I'd probably just chock it up to "shit happens" and move on.

Yeah, watch for the class-action law suit that's sure to follow, and make sure you get your name in the hat.

Bastards.

It sucks because we had to put my other golden retriever down a few months ago. I wonder is this dog food is partly responsible...

I remember that, and the EXACT SAME thought crossed my mind. Do you think your vet could advise you?

Sue the bastards.

I guess I could blame them, but not sure it's worth it. My dog had bone cancer and from I understand it's one of those things that comes with owning golden retrievers.
I'll tell you one thing, never will I ever buy dog food made by this company again.
